staff and modern facilities are equipped to handle a wide variety of medical and surgical
conditions. All patients records are maintained in patient charts which are cloud based and
accessible from any of our branches.
Cardiology
Dr. Sangeeta Vengsarkar Shah is a pioneer in canine cardiology. She is the first Veterinary
cardiologist in India and is a speaker at regional, national as well as international conferences.
Surgery
At our surgical setup in Juhu, Shivaji Park and Alibaug, we are fully equipped with gas
anaesthesia and monitoring facilities to conduct spay, neuters as well as other complex surgeries
Pathology
We have state of the art veterinary dedicated lab equipment to ensure that pathology reports are quick and accurate.
Oncology
At Juhu we have Dr. Prajakta who has a special interest in Oncology and does complicated surgeries, chemotherapy and management of cancer cases.

I have been a regular visitor at Dr. Sangeeta Vengsarkar’s Urban Pet Centre for the last 11 years. From the day we got home our first puppy, Bagel, till the end of his life, Sangeeta and her team have been a rock of support. From basic grooming to major illness and injury, they treat each animal with care and concern and are always ready to answer questions and reassure pet parents. They tend to infirm patients with genuine concern, passion and devotion and I will always be grateful to them for the beautiful and dignified farewell they gave to our Bagel.
All that I wanna say is that dr Sangeeta and her awesome team are all doctors with morals . They communicated with my baby sumo through the heart . They understood sumo and his needs.
They knew what was best for him and though his treatment was a struggle , they went all out and understood sumos language.
They were just fantastic and saved my baby ! I know my sumo is very happy that He was treated by the only vets with a heart!
